The secret hidden to ease others and not cause more damage is now getting harder to hide as more blood drips from his nose, sleepless nights show through the dark circles under his eyes, and headaches so bad he goes through bottle after bottle of Advil all to hide the truth.
It’s starting to concern those closest to him.
But those are not the scariest part, they come before and after the recurring "Episodes".How long can Mike keep this hidden before the guilt and shame eat away at him or worse...Will finds out.

When his brother Jonathan finds him in the trunk of his father's car, he knows that nothing will ever be the same again.

It’s senior year. Mike is still with Jane. Will is still in love with him despite all attempts to move on.
He had resigned himself that he could never have Mike, and he should be okay with that.
He could deal with the loneliness until he could rejoin his mother and brother after school finishes.
He could handle being undesired. It was fine.

Far, far, away from Hawkins. The only sound his ears could discern was the faint call from who he thought was Will behind him. His chest tightened even more - but it was the good kind of tight this time - accompanied by panic coiling even tighter around his lungs. His step faltered for a fraction of a second, the idea of turning around and running into Will's warm, gentle arms filling his head and captivating him.
But he knew it was wrong.
So, so wrong.
Mike Wheeler and Will Byers have loved each other forever, but neither will admit it to the other. Vecna has been hiding, Mike was kicked out and has been dealing with the consequences. He isn't doing the best, and he ends up being the perfect target. Will Mikes near death experiences force them to address their mutual feelings for each other? Or will it push them farther apart then ever before?
