The smart lock on his front door trilled, and Raph’s rant instantly cut off, the room falling deadly silent. Leo locked eyes with his brother, and it was clear that Raph hadn’t been expecting anyone else; a quick glance at Takeshi confirmed the same. Like a well-oiled machine, they prepared for an attack—Raph slipped on his brass knuckles, Tiger Claw drew his gun from its holster, and Leo deeply regretted not getting one of his guns from the bedroom when he had a chance. Leo watched, unbreathing, unblinking, as the front door swung open.
Not an enemy.
Hamato Saki. Head of the Hamato family, a subsidiary of the Yuu-kai. Second in command of the Yuu-kai, just under the kumichō. Both Leo’s blood father and his oath father.
In a world where the Hamato clan is a yakuza family and the turtles are human, Saki succeeds in killing Hamato Yoshi. Hamato Shen leaves for New York with Donnie and Mikey—leaving Leo and Raph behind. Over 15 years they became the Hamato family's most deadly members, until an assassination attempt sends them out of the country to protect a barely-remembered mother and brothers.

Summary
Lavinia’s heart stopped as she looked at the rabbit’s face again. She knew those white, fluffy ears, that haunted look. It couldn’t be.
But she had no time to process the shock as he lunged forward, katana raised, his eyes hard and unyielding. Lavinia barely managed to raise her blades in time, the clang of metal against metal ringing out as she blocked his strike.
“Wait!” she shouted, her voice laced with desperation, but the rabbit’s face remained blank, his grip tightening as he pressed his weight against her. He pulled back and struck again, his movements fluid and practiced, forcing Lavinia to step back as she deflected his blows. “I don’t want to fight you!” She dodged his next swing and quickly put distance between them.
The rabbit stopped his advance, his head tilting ever so slightly as he studied her. There was a flicker of recognition in his eyes, but it was buried under a hardened resolve.
Lavinia lowered her sword, taking a cautious step forward. “Three… I remember you,” she said softly, her voice barely audible above the crowd. His eyes narrowed, his stance rigid, but he didn’t attack. Lavinia took a deep breath, her gaze steady. “I’m going to get you out this time. No matter what.”

After the events of Big Turtle Shakeup, the turtles kept in touch and hung out quite a bit as they got ready for the con but now, it's finally the time for the three dimensions of turtles to come together for the convention. Wait, only three? It looks like there's more. Oh! That's right, these turtles have been super busy during that time gap. They made friends with the Batman Turtles who sadly aren't able to make it to the convention physically but thanks to the help of Shelldon, they're able to attend from the comfort of their own lair.
The person typing this description was just informed that they forgot to mention the turtles from the 1987 dimension... hold on, we haven't even gotten into the fic yet and you guys want to break the fourth wall already? I think the author has regrets pulling these turtle boys into the mess.
