He keeps his hair colour darker now, wears a singular contact—having heterochromia is easier than having two contacts in when they obscure his sight slightly—and he dresses differently enough nobody seems to have any kind of clue into his true identity.

Carlos' knee starts bouncing and Chris knows they've been in the car long enough. They're just arriving into the city—the entire place looks, well, sad. It certainly seems like the kind of place run by terrorists. It, in a way, reminds Chris of the more run down areas of America. The downtown ones run by mafias and gangs. It seemed that particular kind of horror clouded the entire world too.
AKA: My REwrite of Resident Evil 5!! Now with a Leon story to match Chris'!
