Summary
Joel and Grian gained superpowers from a mysterious book Grian "found" (or so he says) and decide to use them to prank their youngest brother, Jimmy, who is also the mayor.
This is based on a tumbler(?) post I've seen where they suggest a plot with two brothers fighting each other as hero and villain of a city and causing chaos as a prank on their other brother who is the mayor lol. I don't know how long this will be but I have some plans :)

Rummaging through old papers, he looked for his pencil case. He pulled it out, a thin grey pouch which he pulled a mechanical pencil out of. He held it in his mouth as he packed his bag back up and pulled back over his shoulders. Just as he finished and looked up, Grian was staring up at him, plucking the pacer from his mouth.
"Hey Mumbo!" He grinned, spinning the tool in his fingers.
"Grian, hey!" Mumbo chirped, snatching it from his quick hands. "Don't you have art?" The pale boy questioned.
"Skipping. I'm tired of it and Pearl is harassing me about Gem." Grian grumbled, and collapsed into Mumbo.
