Summary
This is a Cyberpunk 2077 & Edgerunners fanfic story with two combined endings, but changed up a bit. V finds out through Rogue that a girl named Lucy who used to roll with David Martinez's crew might have information on getting into Mikoshi and removing Johnny. Will they make it through the Arasaka raid, and what awaits beyond that? The hunt is on to locate Lucy as V and Panam struggle with the increased biochip malfunctions.

Summary
“Come with me.” She interrupted, voice so quiet she was almost convinced he’d keep talking, but the way his brow furrowed told her he had heard her. And that he thought she was insane. “If there’s an answer for me, there’s an answer for you, right? A body for you. The Relic is dormant now, yeah? So I just, we can- I can find something- an answer- a way. Anything. Just- stay.”
After doing the fuckin' impossible and soloing the basement of Arasaka tower, storming Mikoshi on her own two feet, V is met with an answer she never wanted to hear. It was too late; there was nothing to be done. She was dying.
When Johnny refuses to take the body instead, she makes a deal. Johnny returns to the Relic, and V gets three months to find him a body. If she fails? She will plug him back into the net to disappear beyond the Blackwall.
Determined to find a happy ending in the city that never gets one, V fights to find Johnny a body. And after that? Working together to find a cure for her.

“The world.” Johnny repeated the phrase slowly. She tasted his revulsion on her tongue. “This world?” He gestured at the trash-strewn alleyway. The cat had finished its meal and had settled to sleep in a blanket likely left there before by a homeless person. “This is your brave new world?”
“No, Johnny,” she said, her voice echoing the revulsion he'd forced her to feel. “These are just the rats that got caught.”

Summary
Johnny always hated the term ‘siren’ mostly for the connotations that the word brings about, a born seductive and musical lure, it strips all his hard work into just a simple biological trait. As if he was handed his music career on a silver platter rather than dragging himself through hell itself in order to achieve it. That and the obsessive infatuation with preconceived ‘others’ by the wealthy of the world. So he hid it, not out of shame for what he is, but to not complicate his already complicated life further with some mermaid fantasy bullshit.

In this case, she's quite possibly out of her league. The world is steel and glass. People use magic that she can't detect or see, and enhance themselves with metal and bolts. The sky is blotted out by holograms of false lights and blackened smog, and any connection to mana is stifled.
This world doesn't want her.
But Frieren is stuck. The Monument trapped her here, and now she must get back.

This story takes a far more alternate take on Phantom Liberty, having V play a much more... Informed role in the story, alongside having another voice in her head, and powers that probably shouldn't be in the hands of a gonk such as our dear Valerie.
What would change, and how would things turn out in the end? Only time will tell...

Damn Alteria Cunningham and Damn Johnny for being so hung up on her. It took years for Viron to follow the trail laid that night with only a hunch. Only for prototype tech to upend his life again.
“This time the bomb’s name is Alt Cunningham.”
A year after that faithful day, and this time the bomb was Johnny Silverhand back in the flesh and chrome...or maybe it was Viron Valentine Ito. Hell if he knew who the bomb was but one thing was for sure. Legends could come back from the dead and if they didn't well he'd get a drink in Afterlife sure as hell trying. -

Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty rewritten around the best line (in my opinion) in the expansion. An alternate take on the story, deriving post-"Chippin' In" quest.
Would telling the truth change the final outcome? Would it bring the long-awaited happy ending? Or will it bring eventual downfall for both of them?
If only life in a dystopian world like Night City was that simple...

Valerie Redhand was once a Night City legend who died in 2023 after destroying Arasaka Tower in the name of proving the corps aren’t invincible.
On the nights these two individuals had found themselves at their lowest points, they both awaken with a realization that for Johnny to survive and for Valerie to finish what she started, they’ll need to work together and stop at nothing, even if it means razing all of Night City to the ground. Time moves on and Alex is no longer a scared fourteen year old swimming completely out of his depth. Almost twenty-five years have passed and the world is a completely different place with changes he’d thought were pure sci-fi are just boring reality now.
Or Alternatively, Alex gets his retirement from MI6, but too bad they think he's a disposable pawn that's the prefect guinea pig for testing some dodgy new tech, and ends up with a very familiar ghost living under his skin.
A Cyberpunk 2077 inspired AU/fusion that's also a prequel for the game technically, but 100% blind readable.
