Something about him was familiar, but you couldn’t put your finger on it.You wake up nine days late aboard the Project Hail Mary with no memories and the faint feeling that you know Ryland Grace, the only other person aboard the ship. A vampire with a taste for murder, or something more you discover when he kidnaps you for his own petty desires. No matter what you do, you can't help but find yourself falling with this captor of yours, violent and sadistic as he is.
Between the biting and teasing, even the Drifter can find himself smitten with a lust for more than blood.
