Leo and Calypso haven't been dating long but he's over the moon. She's his exact type! She has that fire in her soul, and she challenges him like no one else can! Not to mention the blonde hair and blue eyes are a major plus. As you wander, so does your mind, and you start to think about inconsequential things, things you can’t even remember as soon as the thought concludes. That’s fine, though, your focus is only a tool to keep the mounting headache at bay until you can get back home to flop down on the couch and shovel icing in your mouth and drink an entire pot of coffee.
What’s less fine is that your distraction sends you nearly tumbling ass over tea kettle into another lady’s cart.
“Watch where you’re going!” she snaps at you, but you can see the way she’s obviously checking you over for any injuries, like she’s already used to random women accosting her in the dairy aisle. She’s short – very short – and her wildly curly black hair is pulled back and out of her face, and she’s pretty enough to make your heart skip a beat. You think about your own platinum blonde hair hanging limp and stringy with grease and the heavy bags under your eyes that you didn’t see that morning solely because you avoid mirrors until after lunch. You suddenly wish very much that you’d taken a shower that morning.
