And this only seems to cause changes in Jim that makes him feel as if he’s running out of time before he loses all knowledge of the coming future. He’s going to try everything in his power to not lose anyone this time, but can he bear the consequences that come with it?

“Archie certainly likes you.” Douxie observed with a small grin, “I don’t think he’s ever been this friendly with anyone other than me, and maybe Zoe on a good day. She and Archie have disagreed ever since she burnt his salmon one time.”
The cat in Katie’s arms hissed at the mention of burnt salmon, as if it was a personal offense. And, to him, it likely was.
“I’d offer to cook salmon for you, but I’m a terrible chef.” Katie fake-sighed, shaking her head.
“Somehow, I can believe that.” Douxie chuckled, “I’ll have to teach you sometime. I learned how to cook at the café.”
“And you didn’t burn the entire building down? I’m impressed.”
“You have such little faith in me.”
“Can you blame me? You did dive headfirst into traffic just last week.”
“And saved your life, if I remember correctly. But you never mention that part.”
“It isn’t beneficial to my narrative of you being a lunatic.”
“You’re a blasphemer, Erin Vega.”
“Erin-Kate.” Katie corrected, “And you wouldn’t want it any other way, Casperan.”

As much as Uzi doesn’t tell her dad about the magic things happening in her life. Khan also doesn’t tell his daughter about the extraterrestrial things happening in his life. There are Aliens afoot on the planet they call home. Aliens with multiple legs, Aliens that smell and now Aliens that turn into cars.
Khan was mostly content with his life, working for the government making advanced containment facilities for extraterrestrials invading their planet.
Unfortunately for Khan he gets a package from his long lost wife Nori and everything suddenly changes. Now tied to unknown Alien technology belonging to the residents of the planet Cybertron. Khan finds himself thrown into the middle of the conflict between Autobots and Decepticons. Can he handle this mess? Survive the danger? Find his wife? Protect his daughter?
Well he’s going to do his absolute best to do these things.

Timothy Drake, as of right now, is living three lives: that of the highschooler, that of the vigilante, and (slightly more pressing), that of the changeling, working to free Gunmar from the darklands, set off the Endless Night, and subsequently kick off the end of the world as we know it.
Here's the kicker, however - Tim doesn't actually want the world to end. No, he quite likes it as it is, with its energy drinks, and its older-brother-figures, and its photography, and its Steph. Ideally, things can continue on as they have: Tim feeds information to the Janus order, so they don’t hunt him for sport, and the Killahead bridge is never completed and Gunmar never escapes – everyone’s happy and Tim’s not exposed or dead. Yay!
Of course, things are never that easy.Or: Trolhunters in Gotham AU that nobody asked for, with Tim as a changeling and Trollhunters taking place in Gotham City rather than Arcadia Oaks. Because I can.

“You’re getting slower, Jim,” the man commented, jumping back as Jim sprung back to his feet. Even through the thick, quick breaths he could feel how condescending he was being.
“And you’re getting tired,” he shot back, swinging his sword up sloppily. He missed completely, throwing himself off balance, even more so when a stony leg hit him in the side. He fell, hitting the ground yet again.
“And lazier,” Strickler continued, circling Jim slowly. “If you aren’t going to put in the effort, I don't know why I’m wasting my time out here.” Jim snarled, trying to push himself up. “I don’t know why you’re so difficult, I’m only trying to help you.”
“Yeah, a lot of help you’ve been,” Jim spat, standing up with his sword back in hand.
“And what exactly is that supposed to mean?” Strictler responded, changing his position so he could more easily doge Jim’s next strike. He knew what it meant, he had to. Strictler had been a thorn in his side since he had received the amulet. He had worked for Bular, attempted to free Gunmar, released Angor Rot, and tried to kill him more times than he wanted to count. Worst of all, he was dating his mom. -

By the eighteenth jump back in time to save the world, James Lake Jr. was beyond tired. He was pretty sure he never slept anymore, and waking up to his alarm clock’s metallic screeching every reset didn’t help.
The sound of Jim’s alarm clock blaring was his least favorite sound in the world. The second was the sound of Merlin talking. Without opening his eyes, his hand bumped around his cluttered side table until his fingers brushed against the digital clock, then slammed a fist down on the snooze button.
Or: The Time Stone has fused itself to the Amulet, and every time Jim dies, the world restarts. The Amulet has chosen him as Trollhunter once again. All Jim wants is a long rest, and maybe some breakfast.
