And gets kidnapped. By Aliens.And is held captive in space for 3 months.
The Batfamily tears Gotham apart looking for him. To no avail. Nothing.He is gone.
Kara Zor-El finds him in space. And he doesn't wanna go home.

Damian is finally heading home, after 2 years in space with Kara and Ruthye. Damian is very nervous, especially with all the trauma his body and brain still holds.

“Go with them,” Jack's voice caught, “we need this Timothy.”
The words landed like a punch. Tim looked at his father, fear in his eyes. “What? What do you mean?” Tim was ready to run.
“It’s for publicity,” Janet said unwaveringly. “I do hope you can understand one day. There are investors involved and it would look good for us if you accompanied them.”
“I’ve got plans tomorrow night, so can we just reschedule all this, or…”
“Timothy Jackson Drake.” His father said so beratingly that Tim winced.
“I really feel like we should talk about all this before committing the felony part.”
Or. Tim Drakes life is going great. Really amazing. Until his parents decide to come home for a week. To top that off, he somehow gets himself kidnapped a day before his birthday. Damian Wayne sits atop a building, watching the city bustle below him. Headlights from cars shine through the fog that settled once the rain finally stopped after three consecutive days of it falling in sheets. It has been four years since Richard Grayson had died, and Timothy Jackson Drake disappeared into thin air. It was a lead on Tim that they were checking out. Dick was still struggling to get used to being Batman, but working with him as Robin felt natural for Damian. Then all of the sudden, they were pinned down by Joker’s men. They had new guns, and Dick got hit before Damian could do anything. He managed to take them down, but by then it was too late.
Dick died before they ever reached the hospital, and they didn’t find Tim either. The lead fizzled out into nothing.
