Summary
You've seen it. A fic formatted like a classified document. A chapter that looks like a real social media feed. An interactive game, somehow, inside an AO3 work. You clicked the kudos button. You thought: how.
This is the tutorial that answers that.
A beginner-friendly guide to HTML and CSS on AO3 — no prior coding experience required. By the end of this series, you'll know enough to write formatted fics, build your own workskins, style your entire AO3 interface, and maybe make something that makes other people stop and think how.

Kenma thought back to last Saturday night at the bar; how Kuroo had eagerly folded to his every suggestion. There was something there that Kenma had yet to fully dissect. He tilted Kuroo’s head down with a thumb on his chin, and found confirmation in the way Kuroo’s eyes went hazy.
“You listened so well last time,” Kenma said. “Can you do it again?”
A movie and a fuck.

Summary
Kuroo thinks he flirts with everyone, when he'd been flirting with exactly one person, has always flirted with exactly one person, and been catastrophically failing to notice this for eight years.
Or, the ballad of Kuroo and Kenma; and how Kuroo had kissed a hundred girls in bars, shot several shots and failed at stopping the world just to stop the feeling.

Started to have dreams about my childhood friend and I am spiraling
Throwaway because my friend is super chronically online.
Kotele and I have been friends since we were toddlers. I got super into volleyball as a kid. We were on the same high school team. Anyways it's been a long time since and though we're still quite close, I don't see him every day.
All is fine up to here but recently I keep having dreams that are... At first I was just convinced I was desperate or something. It's come to the point where I feel guilty when I see a notification from him as if he knows the deranged thoughts I have been having. It also feels like a weird thing to mention. Like 'Hey dude I keep thinking about railing you... Isn't that awesome?'. Could I spend the rest of my life with him? Yeah but that's more of a 'He's all I've ever known'.
Before you all tell me to just talk to him
1. In my years of knowing him he's shown interest in one person only.
2. I don't want our relationship to change in any way.
3. I am pretty sure he's aroace.
Anyways I am worried if the dreams continue he will somehow stare into my soul. What do I do to not further strain my rlsp with him -

Those sharp hazel eyes met his and the recognition was instant, this was Kenma's worst fear come to life, all the inky black dread pooled in his stomach. He didn't want this role actually, it could go to anyone else in Japan, all Kenma wanted to do was fucking run and hide in his bed.
"Kuroo! You're just on time, Atsumu just finished up so how about you take a few minutes to prepare and jump on in?" Miwa smiled as she clapped her hands together and Kuroo just dumbly nodded. There was no way in hell this was happening. Kenma would take Atsumu and all his rookie experience, or Tooru or Wakatoshi or fucking Daishou over Kuroo.
"Did you know?" Kenma grabbed Keiji by his sleeve and glared up at his best friend, "Did you know he'd be here?"
Kuroo and Kenma end up on the same BL drama together after five years of not talking.

“Bo, don’t drag him into this,” he whines. “Kenma doesn’t want to be burdened by the qualms of my love life.”
Kuroo’s right about that. Kenma, quite frankly, would greatly appreciate it if he was excluded from this conversation. It’s not that he finds Kuroo’s love life boring—Kenma doesn’t want to hear about it because he’s hopelessly in love with the guy. He really doesn’t want to know whether or not randos are helping his best friend get his dick wet.
But Kenma has to act normal, so he slides himself between Bokuto and Kuroo to take a look at the instagram profile Bokuto has pulled up.
or,
in which kenma has been in love with kuroo for years, kuroo doesn't even realize, they're roommates, and they're both stupid.

Summary
Like the model assistant on a game show, Kuroo waved across the room. “Somewhere in your apartment, I put something that doesn’t belong. Find it, you win a prize. Fail, and you have to do one thing I ask for.”
“Which is…?”
“Defeating the point of not telling you.”
“That’s ominous.”
“That’s content, babe. Ominous clicks.”
Kuroo leaves a birthday surprise in his boyfriend's apartment.
It goes wrong.

Kuroo has been showing up at Kenma's apartment for years — with pudding, with patience, with voice messages sent at midnight that he pretends are casual. Kenma has noticed. Kenma has always noticed. He just needed to run the numbers first.

Summary
In theory, Kuroo was ethically opposed to conning innocents. In practice, he could never resist watching Kozume ply his trade.
It always started out the same: Kozume’s victim of the night would let him break. Kozume would hesitantly line up his cue behind the cue ball, elbows tucked, form all over the place. So of course, to be a good sport, his opponent would give him some pointers—shift Kozume’s upper arm, adjust his wrists, let their fingers brush for a moment too long. Despite the language barrier, a definite something lingered in the air.
(The scent of blood. Kuroo knew that, Kozume knew that, Victim #1 did not.)
Kuroo’s job is to pour drinks and watch out for hustlers. He’s a great employee: he makes a mean martini, and whenever Kozume Kenma comes in to hustle pool, Kuroo sure does watch.

Iwaizumi Hajime does not remember Oikawa Tooru.
All he knows is that something is missing, something that leaves him breathless in more ways than one, and no amount of distance or denial seems to fix it.Oikawa pretends he is fine.
University is supposed to be a fresh start. Instead, it becomes a place to bury old grief under crowded parties, engineering textbooks he hates, and a relationship that was never meant to matter.Kuroo Tetsurou never stopped loving Kozume Kenma.
He just needed something, someone, to fill the silence in the meantime. While Oikawa and Kuroo hurt each other in slow, avoidable ways, Bokuto and Akaashi stumble toward something softer, something real, even if neither of them quite knows how to say it out loud.
This is a story about distance.
About the people we choose when we’re lonely.
About the ones we lose even when they’re still alive.
And about what happens when love comes back.
But not for you.Series

Summary
Nobody really knows how or when the famous idols Kuroo Tetsurou and Kozume Kenma officially got together. It's a story they've never told anyone--not even their closest friends. In fact, they've never really talked much about their relationship at all, but to everyone around them, that just seems completely normal. They're so irrefutably in love with each other that there's no reason to question their secrecy, right?
… Right?

Summary
Kenma had only come across a few people who’d held sizable pieces of his godly spirit. They had displayed it from a young age, and had gone down in history as great philosophers, scientists and authors.
So, he couldn’t understand how his spirit was in this boy.
This, frankly, idiotic young boy.

With the unbridled success of their ghost hunting paranormal YouTube channel, Sawamura Daichi and his gang of not-entirely-human co-conspirators find themselves faced with a new frontier: the biggest international internet creator convention in the world.
Planning to do some meet & greets, film a couple of videos in the most famous haunted locations they can get access to, and take just a tiny peek at the USA's history of alien abduction stories, Daichi doesn't expect to uncover much except for the usual corrupted video footage, vague personal anecdotes and blurry photographs. After all, how different can it be from Japan?

Summary
“Shouyo, I can’t,” Kenma says urgently. There’s a hard lump in his throat and for a moment he’s terrified he’s going to start coughing again, but—no, this time it’s just his emotions. “I have to let him go. I have to let what we had go. Please. I’m so tired. Can’t you see how tired I am?”
Shouyo looks like he’s going to cry. He tucks Kenma’s loose bangs back behind his ears.
“I know, Kenma,” he says. “I know you are.”
“Kozume-san,” the doctor says quietly. “You have six months to decide. You don’t have to commit to anything now. Just think about which would be…more bearable, in the long run.”
It’s both the kindest and cruelest thing he could say, but then, what else does one say to a hanahaki patient nearing his terminal stages?
