They’d heard about each other. Of course they had. It would have been hard to avoid, with how small the competitive hockey world was. They were often thought to be one in the same. Two sides of the same coin. They were equals; natural-born enemies. Tim hated every second of it.
Not the “best in the world” part — he would never get tired of that. Rather, the countless comparisons painted between him and Conner fucking Kent.

Tim and Kon are both professional hockey players in a world that wants to do nothing but isolate them from each other. They try to find themselves, somewhere in the midst of dozens of games, press interviews, and this stupid athletic feud that just won't let up. -

“Okay.” Clark shut his eyes, seeming to count to five, before they snapped open. “Kon, do you understand what's happening to you?”
He approached Kon’s bed but did not sit down. Kon let out a whine that perfectly conveyed his distress.
“Of course not. I should have explained things sooner.” Clark pinched his nose and then forced himself to breathe and relax.
“I know you're scared but what you're going through is a perfectly normal part of Kryptonian puberty.”
Puberty. Puberty. Puberty?!
“Puberty?!” That knocked the words right out of him and Clark chuckled.-
Or - Kon hits puberty! It's a little embarrassing and scary. Especially since Kon is apparently something called an 'omega'?!

"Ok great!" Kon grinned wide and bright before something nervous caught in it. Barely a moment later he smoothed it out again, flipped to the second page of his presentation, and announced, "I think we should have a friends with benefits arrangement."
Regardless of whether or not he'd previously agreed to hearing Kon's proposal out, he could not have possibly stopped the knee jerk, "Absolutely not." From leaving his mouth.
"You promised!" Kon accused, pointing a finger at him, "You said you'd hear me out properly."

Or, Tim and Kon engage in the weirdest game of platonic gay chicken the world has ever seen.
(There’s no cliff hangers at the ends of chapters, so you can easily read it as is even though it’s currently a WIP)

After the world forgot him, Peter kept fighting. He was Spider-Man after all. But as the villains get worse and the heroes dwindle, Peter finally grows tired. Hasn't he done his time? He's never once shirked the responsibility forced upon him. Never once has he put himself first.
Eventually, the straw breaks the camel's back. Peter finally hangs up the cape.
Unfortunately the universe seems to disagree. When Peter wakes up in Gotham he knows he should probably find a way home. But what's the point? Normal people don't find their way home across the multiverse, and Peter is normal now. He refuses to be anything else.
So why do unfamiliar heroes keep ending up on his doorstep? And can he really turn them away?

With the state of the Kingdom unstable after the war and the lost of their king, neighboring nations are contemplating an attack and while his siblings were busy dealing with the intricate politics following such a loss, Tim Drake-Wayne made an unbelievable discovery;
Bruce Wayne was alive and he had to find him. Even if it meant he had to face incredibly odd challenges to do so.

Cassie Sandsmark, Wonder Girl, had seen a lot of crazy stuff over the last year. She was used to insane, barely comprehensible adventures at this point. Hell, she had even time travelled and saved the entire universe!
This was a little stranger than normal though. Waking up in a weird world that seemed to be made entirely of blankets and pillows, with an approaching army of giant stuffed animals was a little out of the ordinary, even for Young Justice.
