When they unexpectedly find a fourth Sparkling, one who is struggling greatly, they have their work cut out for them in getting him to understand who and what he is. We'll see if he accepts it.

This is a reader-based story, and I'm restructuring the story so it is easier to read. I'm keeping it how the Bayverse movies go, but the reader plays a bigger part in the movies than the original main characters. Don't worry, they will still be in there. If you think the reader is having a crappy life throughout the story, then you are correct. I am basing this off the concept of 'if life gives you lemons, you make lemonade' and 'you have to have trials to understand the good.' In general, I don't wish the reader to literally have this bad of a life, but the reader will have a happy ending since that is what they deserve after all the challenges they have been through.
Also, I am rereading this and slapping my forehead from how much my writing style has changed, so I am currently reworking the grammar along with squishing chapters together so that it is longer, so my readers, you do not have to worry about all the ads getting in your way of reading. I am trying to keep the word count to a minimum of 5K to max 15K per chapter.

He was fine! He'd been fine the entire time they were on Earth, at least, right up until the battle of Mission City, but after that there was no time to think about it. The dent was straightened out and his plating was cleaned, and they had to worry about the Fallen. However, after the battle in Cairo where he'd seen Prime die and had fiery hell rained upon them when the humans tried to drive back the Decepticon forces, it got worse, whatever it was.
Ironhide's still not too sure what it is, however.

After the events of Revenge of the Fallen, without something to focus on, Sam finds himself overcome and overwhelmed by the All-Spark. The voices and the symbols are too much for his human mind to handle. The All-Spark killed Megatron, and it's slowly killing him. Between seizures and blackouts, Sam is losing his mind. He's losing himself to the all of the All-Spark. He falls away when the voices take over and when he comes too, a new half-crazed project is laid out before him, and he doesn't remember any of it. Mikaela tries to help by lending her mechanical skills to said projects laying around the NEST base and keeping Sam as on track as he can be.
Sam realizes, almost immediately, that he's only ever himself when he's with Optimus Prime, due to the Autobot carrying the Matrix of Leadership, the ancient artifact gifted to Sam by the Primes of old. The two spend as much time together as they can. Bumblebee, too terrified of losing Sam again, is always following him, and only ever leaves if he's sure Sam is safe.

Then comes the Ark, Sentinel Prime, and murder. And most of NEST thinks Sam is nuts, even though he's not.[A rewrite of Dark of the Moon starting directly after Revenge of the Fallen.]
