The Muffinteers all get hit by a weird glitch that turns part of themselves into the mob that killed them. How will they deal with this and what shenanigans will they get into?
Muffinmobs is a story about a Minecraft update causing Minecraftians to become half mobs upon their death. Everyone has to come to terms with this glitch and its permanent changes, and weather the waves it will bring throughout the world. One small group of people become swept up in the center of history being made and must do their best to help the world enter a new era while surviving the changes to themselves.
This is an AU I've co-written a friend of mine who doesn't have an account on here, so I'm posting it for them. His name is Clay. Born in a small but prideful village centered on earthbending professions, the 21 year old never felt as though his desires matched up with the rigid expectations placed upon him.
Clarity comes in a dream: A mysterious being calls out to Clay and gives him a decision: Pursue the uncertain path of an Avatar, or carry on with his mundane life. Surprising himself, Clay takes on the responsibility of the Avatar role. Immediately after, Clay is given vague instructions on how to save his world:
1. Gather a "pure bender" from each element he lacks mastery of.
2. Establish a deep connection with each of these pure benders and, from their teachings, learn how to bend air, fire, and water.
3. Save the world from a threat Clay had yet to recognize.His dream had not been very specific, nor helpful. But Clay was determined to do his best on his mission, and fulfill his new duty—because if not him, who?
or: clay embarks on a terrifying, tiresome journey.. but with the added bonus of three new best friends. Chaos follows the Dream Team wherever Muffin (Bad's flying bison) takes them—along with bickering, yo mama jokes, and the occasional cool fight scene.

“That’s not fair,” Bad protests. Dream raises an eyebrow at him and jerks his tied hands in emphasis, clearly saying that none of this is fair.
“Look, you keep running! Who runs if they’re not guilty?” Bad challenges, staring him down with obvious distrust from the generous distance of exactly five feet. It’s fair, as much as Dream hates to admit it; it’s not like he’s been the most honest hostage in the past, with all of his escaping and running and framing himself for his own murder, apparently.
“Only the good die young, and only the guilty run,” Technoblade chimes in, holding his own potato and sitting in the snow like it’s not cold at all.
A hot flash of irritation burns through him.
“Someone being chased?” he counters sarcastically, jerking his tied wrists up again to wave them in front of the group. Sapnap laughs so hard that he almost chokes on his potato, but it dies off when Dream gives him an icy stare.
Or: Dream is having a hard time, and the hunter just want to adopt him like a stray puppy that bites you at every opportunity.

The Pillager’s Guide of Conquest and Conquer refers to the urban myths of the Mesa for information of the Ender dragon and her End City.
It is considered a fact that every century, the dragon egg hatches and it’s awakening creates a stronghold somewhere in the Overworld. Inside the stronghold, is a portal which leads adventurers to the End, their only way back to our dimension is the death of the dragon. The death of the dragon is also rumoured to open the lost gates of the End city, a child’s fairy tale filled with flying ships, endless treasure and all the answers to the world.
Many have chased after this myth but none have returned.
(Where Dream is after the End City with death right on his tail and he meets Sapnap and George along the way.)

He vows to discover the forces behind the murder and make them pay.
Together they take on quests and through luck or perhaps bad luck, they rise quickly in the ranks as they are met with unforeseen danger. They fight the undead, meet unlikely allies, and uncover secrets about the strange dungeons that have been appearing throughout the continent for centuries.
Meanwhile, efforts to strengthen the Empire of Articia through the trade for an Eternal Crystal are being foiled as plans to assassinate the Crown Prince lurk in the shadows. Clues about Dream’s mysterious connections to the ruins and the strange writings on the inside of his mask may be lost to him and the rest of the Team if they are unable to stop the assassins in time and save the Crown Prince’s life.
