Summary
Sabo is the “Flame Emperor” and the Chief of Staff of the Revolutionary Army. Rob Lucci is the “Massacre Weapon” and a masked assassin of the Cipher Pol Aegis 0.
The Revolutionary Army had their own goals; to discover the secrets of the World Government and take them down. However, their progress was greatly stumped after a chance encounter with the Cipher Pol Aegis 0, where Chief of Staff Sabo was greatly entranced by a certain long-haired masked assassin.
Their journeys and endeavors bring them together, but the calls of duty and loyalty keeps pulling them apart. They try to pull through, but the battle between love, friendship and allegiance to their duties and identities is more merciless than they think.
Sabo is as warm as fire on a snowy day, Rob Lucci is as cold as the first snow.

Even amongst the masterful deception of the other agents, Kaku was the best of them all. He blended in with the Water 7 citizens almost too well: whistling as he worked his sham of a job, expression light with joy that looked far less fake than it should've. Even when he dropped the act behind closed doors, there was still a levity to his demeanor –– a spark that extinguished the moment Nico Robin slugged a bullet into Iceburg's chest.
Given that it hasn't interfered with any of their missions, the fact that he has lost that spark should not matter. It should not matter. And yet––
"We'll take that one," Lucci says before he can stop himself.
Even Hattori gives him a weird look.
