He definitely didn't plan on the spell reacting with the Cup of Life and Arthur's stray hair to create a brand-new soul. And he certainly didn't expect that saving this newborn light would require him to incubate his and Arthur's magical child.

“I appreciate your offer, Arthur,” Merlin says sincerely, his gaze fixed upon the swiftly westering sun. The figure beside him turns halfway, and he feels the piercing stare of those blue eyes as keenly as ever — yet he cannot force himself to meet it. “It matters to me, only not now,” his long fingers clench nervously against the cold cobblestone, “I cannot.”
“What?” had Merlin known him less, he might have thought Arthur sounded almost frightened. It would be easy to account for that: the king surely had not looked for a refusal, now that he knew of the prophecy, of the magic that could shield his realm. “Why?”
This was the hardest part. However much Merlin had turned this dialogue over in his mind, he had never been able to shape the reason with any precision.
I am weary, and I am a coward, and I cannot go on with these endless battles any longer, I cannot bear the sight of this place, I cannot bear the sight of you, and my head is forever ringing—
“I wish to leave.”
Or: Merlin's solitary journey in quest of himself — and of dragons.

Arthur stood frozen in the corridor of cells. He refused to turn around back to that room of death. He wouldn’t look or even go near the poor forgotten bodies until one man was in his presence alive and well. Because he had to be, he couldn’t be in that mess of burnt flesh and blood. Merlin couldn’t have been captured or held here. It wasn’t true, he didn’t, none of those bodies could be him. But he knew that scrap of fabric. He had given that neckerchief to him himself, it was a birthday present.

Now 3 years later they finally succeed in repealing the magic ban and are ready to welcome the druids back to Camalot, but when the Druid Lord Emrys has been targeted by Morgana the King sees it as his duty to send aid.

Je ne fais que continuer deux de mes œuvres préférées qui, je trouve, méritent, à défaut d’une meilleure fin, une suite. (Je ne considère pas The Winchester comme une suite.)
La suite est canon aux deux séries. Fin de Merlin et fin de Supernatural. J’essaie de ramener de nombreux éléments historiques. Ce n’était pas chose aisée de faire correspondre les deux univers, mais je pense ne pas m’être trop trompé.
Il aurait des chapitres plus durs que d'autres, mais je mettrai des avertissements en début de chaque chapitre. J'aborde des sujets assez durs. Ce qui semble inévitable vu les personnages.
Je rends le réalisme de l'époque à Merlin.
Ça sera long et long, mais j'espère que vous apprécierez de me lire autant que j’ai aimé l'écrire.
J'écris essentiellement du point de vue de Dean, Merlin, Arthur.
Je répare les alchimies et je brode de nouvelles prophéties.
J'attends vos avis, vos suggestions et/ou vos paris pour la suite.

One year ago Mordred went missing on patrol and it’s haunted the knights and Arthur everyday since. Even with magic legal, Merlin now the court sorcerer and Morgana captured and powerless on house arrest in the Castle walls they can’t seem to stop thinking about their little brother in arms.
It’s not until they find him one day that they think their prayers have been answered. The only catch is that Mordred has seen horrors he wouldn’t wish on anyone.
All the knights and Arthur can find themselves doing is asking questions. How long will his recovery take? Will he ever feel somewhat normal again? And most importantly why does he keep going to Morgana instead of them?
TLDR: Mordred is found after being missing for a year and despite the knights efforts Morgana seems to be the only one to get through to him

When the round table crew get captured by a vengeful noble while on a hunt, things quickly turn sour with their captors and Merlin is forced to choose between revealing his magic and saving them all.
Obviously, that is an incredibly easy dilemma. All that’s left is to try clean up the mess he ends up creating and get them out, while convincing those fearful of magic that he means no harm.
