Summary
Lost in a twisted replica of his hometown and beset by monsters and strangling vines at every turn, Will is running out of hope for survival when unexpected help arrives in the form of Mike the Brave: an armor-clad, sword-wielding squire from another universe. But what seemed at first like a miracle proves nothing but trouble, as it turns out that two twelve-year-old boys stranded in a dangerous wasteland with no way home isn’t materially better than one.
