In this universe, Levi's and Erwin's path crosse when they are barely teenagers in the Training Corps, where they both are looking to change and find their own way in life.
Here Shadis IS the Commander of the Scouts, and so had to find a different head for the training corps, which is Zackly.

so the start is silly and cutsie but I promise it will get darker by the end

In a world without the Uchiha massacre all an eleven-year-old Sasuke wants to do is prove he's not a kid anymore, but his family won't let him graduate early. He's frustrated and feels like he can do more, so in secret he trains in ways his family would certainly disapprove of. One day he gets a sensei, and learns he can improve significantly faster as long as he follows his sensei's traditions. Even if he hates it.
