"It might be different if Felix were a stranger, someone Chan saw at a bar or at the grocery store, or even if he was just Jungsoo's friend (though, Chan will admit, he's never once found Jungsoo's friends to be nearly as attractive as he finds Felix, but that's neither here nor there), but he's not.
Felix is Jungsoo's boyfriend. His boyfriend of nearly five years. Will probably be his fiance soon, if Chan lets himself be optimistic; he's heard Felix talk about it plenty of times before, casual mentions of "when we get engaged" that created a pain in Chan's heart he refused to acknowledge.
