Summary
Bakugo at a younger age gets recognised by the HPSC for his quirk and is swept up into the same project as Keigo and Touya who was put there by his father and signed away all rights.
Currently complicated circumstances of evidence collection over the years lead to the destruction of the HPSC, now he has to navigate life somewhat ‘normally’ and facts come to light and bonds are formed and rekindled.
This fic starts at the HSPC and then moves into class 1-A territory and also goes into Touya x Keigo Katsuki x Kirishima and maybe if it progresses that far Shinso x Kaminari

Summary
Cas rests his chin just above Dean’s sternum, brooding. “Then what is the nature of our arrangement?”
Dean scratches the back of his head. “I dunno, Cas, we’re friends, at least, right? Friends, they hang out,” he loosely gestured between their naked bodies—a rather unfortunate example, considering Cas was still inside him. Right.
He wriggles his hips pointedly, wincing at the dampness. “Uh, Cas, could ya—” Castiel pulls out, using his grace to dissipate the uncomfortable wetness smeared over Dean’s thighs before they bleach his precious seats — “Yeah. Thanks, buddy.” Dean offers a small, approving smile, patting him on the shoulder, as friends do.
And, as all friends do, Dean yanks Castiel in for a kiss that’s all teeth and tongue.

Summary
At 4 years old, Katsuki’s quirk manifests. Little white sparks fly from his fingertips, warm and sharp and fuzzy.
It is this moment that solidifies the image of Bakugou Katsuki. A clay molded and scored by clumsy and unthinking fingers. Their fingerprints say “Amazing” and "Powerful” and “Awesome”. They don't view the dents they leave as mistakes, barely even notice the cracks he forms as he's heated up too quickly.
To little Katsuki, it all means the same thing. That he is meant for something great.
