Summary
Tomura Shigaraki. The boy who was abandoned by the world has come back for revenge, but achieving that goal is easier said than done.
This piece is a character study of how Shigaraki might have been feeling and thinking after the failure at USJ. I'd wanted to do this piece for a long time but the occasion to actually write it came around when I wrote it as an application for a Dustbunny (Shigaraki x Miruko) zine. I didn't get chosen to contribute but I still highly encourage everyone to check it out! It's called Moondust and I believe it will be available sometime in the summer.

Summary

“I would have liked any photo of you,” Clorinde assures her. Navia is quiet on the other end, and Clorinde sighs and embarrassingly adds, “I like to save any picture you send to me. I think you already know that.”
“I do,” Navia says happily, and Clorinde hears more shuffling. “Did you save this one?”
“No,” Clorinde says. She clears her throat. “Was I…?” allowed to? she meant to add. Meant to, even? But somehow it can’t climb out of her throat.
Navia giggles. “Save anything you want,” she says, almost cryptically. “It’s all yours.”
Or, Navia picks up on how pent-up Clorinde’s been lately.

Mydei’s eyes widen when the implication sinks in. “What? No!” He eyes her like she’s crazy. “Of course not! We haven’t even kissed yet.”
“Oh, good, good,” Cipher calms down and clears her throat. “What did you mean by that, then?”

It is a painter who pretends she does not need anyone and a pianist who has known from the start that this is not true. It is a father who drives forty minutes for the right pastry. It is a baby named Aurélie who arrives and makes the whole world larger.
Sandrone loves the way she does everything, completely and without making a fuss about it. Columbina has been paying attention since that first Tuesday and she does not plan to stop.

Dainsleif frowns. He has never, in his entire life, been delusional enough to think he could pull Diluc Ragnvindr, but still, harsh.
“Okay ? Neither am I,” he says blankly, because he has no idea of how he’s supposed to react to this statement.
“Then why did Yelan give you my address?" Diluc asks, crossing his arms.
It occurs to Dainsleif that he isn’t the only person Yelan has victimized in the past forty-eight hours. He puts Diluc out of his misery.
“I’m the photographer.”
