He bends down to tie his laces, and finds his fingers fumbling, each pull at the strings sending sharp pains through his tendons until he feels it in his shoulders. He’s grateful that An and Akito are caught up in an argument on the other side of the lockers. Thankfully, he manages to finish it before they come back around to him, but it’s made the ache in his hands much harder to ignore.

The reason: the four of them had recently started dating. They’d gone on dinner dates, picnic dates, arcade dates, karaoke dates (Akito called it just a normal practice, but that was proven wrong by him and An having a singing battle, which was not part of normal practice), yet they’d never had a sleepover together.
