Peter wakes up to green. He died. But he's alive. And in another universe too, neat.
He breaks out of the glass tube He was in, goes feral, attacking the scientists that had him locked up. He has turned into more of a spider, he never used to have fangs or venom.
The door gets broken down while Peter's jaws are still clamped down on a quickly fading flailing kidnapper. It's Red Hood.
Red Hood takes in the situation and decides to take Peter, keep him at a safe house, under lock and key, away from the bats, who had gotten to the Lazura's pit just after Jason had left.
Peter tries to accept these new changes and this new universe, knowing that there was almost absolutely no way back. And no one would look for him either. At least he has Jason.
But the bats break into the safe house Pete's staying at and immedietly assume that Peter is Jason's bf. Anytime they try to deny it, it just feeds into their assumption.
Oh well.

I want to be clear that peter and Damian are 16. heats and ruts are not going to be sexual in nature, just a very strong need to be around pack members. it is agony otherwise.
that being said people are shitty and will use heats and ruts as an excuse.
07/16/26 edit: I'm changing the title from 'Spider in a Birds Nest' to 'Spider in a Robin's Nest' one of my friends says it sounds better and it goes with the story more

The man he was gonna propose to that day.
Waking back up in his apartment believing it had just been a dream, but now that he found himself and the averages in a mansion in Bristol in a underground lab having to pretend he's afriad of not listening nor obeying Tony and find out that they’ve been looking for him for two years. Jason thinks he’s hallucinating seeing Peter walk in with the new billionaire, standing between the bodyguards flinching when the shift but following like a puppet.

Summary
Gotham is no rookie to the unknown and strange, for decades the city has housed colorful vigilantes with attitude problems; alongside attention seeking and mayhem loving rouges with varying dedications to puzzles, poisoned laughter, plants, and induced fear. So, when a new player in Gotham begins stringing criminals by their feet in webs, the citizens hold their breath and wait for their Birds and Bats to handle it.
Only, weeks pass, and there's no sign of the unknown's capture, nor does the new player cleanly fit the description of any rouge or vigilante the city has seen. They do not boast about their kills, they do not target the innocent, what few movements they make, seem impulsive rather than planned. Gotham and its Knights go anxious without their answers, GCPD is desperately trying to hide the most they can to delay panic, while prepping for Halloween and the inevitable rouge apocalypse that'll occur.
Most of all? Tim wants to bitch-slap whatever god thought it would be funny to drop a new rouge in his city on his 21st birthday, of all days.

He goes dumpster-diving behind a suspiciously high-tech house in Crime Alley, desperate to build a heater —naturally, Parker Luck strikes again.
Because it happens to be one of the safe houses belonging to a certain vigilante with eyes and a white streak far too similar to Peter’s.
