Her tentative delivery filled Jimmy Junior with an abundance of questions. Like why the hell had fiancée sounded like a question? Did she think he'd forget or that he might soon change his mind about that? “Yeah, Tina. I know who you are. It's four in the morning. Why are you calling me at four in the morning? Is everything okay? And why are you calling me from a strange number? Where are you?”
“Heh heh!” Her laughter sounded forced. “Soooo… funny story… I'm in jail.”

Eddie wanted to disagree on reflex. He wanted to argue about how he wasn’t the one who was kidnapped and tortured by a divorced serial killer couple and was so affected by the experience had to hide behind the chemical haze of opioids. He wanted to argue that he wasn’t the one who almost died from infection after having broken ribs, open wounds, and no medical care. He wanted to argue but then he thought about how he panicked he felt waking up without Buck next to him, how angry he was thinking that someone had hurt or killed him in a hate crime, and the few dark moments after finding the truck that ran them off the road where he was certain he would be bringing a body back to Los Angeles and not his best friend.
He ended up saying nothing, because Buck was right. This was going to be hard on both of them.or, New Mexico vs Bonnie Sheets. A speculation on what a trial episode could look like for Season 10.

Rodrick Heffley is expelled from Crossland High School and transfers to North Shore High School. Because of his less-than-savory history, he's required to participate in a mentorship/reform program for certain transfer students. And his mentor is none other than Regina George.
When feelings start developing, they've got to keep it on the down low. The consequences for both of them could ruin their entire senior year at North Shore High. And they are both running short on chances.
