當惠美跟隨弦人來到郊外的小屋，見到的卻是身穿紅衣、手持心形戒指的「Heart」。當蠻野天十郎復活，操控著Brain、Medic和Chase在城市中破壞，Heart不得不面對他最深的恐懼：再次目睹摯友的死亡。然而這一次，他的朋友們用自己的意志選擇了保護他，用生命換取他的存活。
「沒有人會怪罪Heart大人的。」
當Medic溫柔地說出這句話，當Brain擋下致命一擊，當Chase完成最後的使命——Heart第一次擁有了真正跳動的「心臟」。
