“ wh-bwh-HAH! that looks g-ggoodd on you, taichou! ”
“ It certainly do fits with the SKaRD's colour... ”
“ Well, our uniform is brighter ”
Everyone gathered around, observing the sight of their captain, hiruma gento, wearing a midnight blue– short sleeves– white strips– a white logo of ultraman blazar's colour timer on his right chest– while the other side shows “ 23 Ultraman Blazar ”
Teruaki walks behind gento, and seeing another text of blazar, but bigger. “ taichou, how did you get this jersey? ” he asked, rubbing his chin as if he's in deep thought, and walking around him to stand in front, blending in with his subordinates on the side. “ well.. uh- ” gento stammered, as if he's trying to make an excuse. for what, exactly.
“ It's from.. a friend! ”
It's not entirely wrong, to be exact, yet he did missed out how that day he was woken up by a soft– yet loud enough– purring-like noise coming from their living and how satoko was gone from his side, just to see their living room window was shattered with his wife bent down to inspect a package, with tiny fluffy blazar on her side. thanks, whoever sent it to him. really appreciate it.
Emi and teruaki raised their eyebrows, while yasunobu holds his mouth, trying not to laugh, somehow, and anri still constantly looking at his jersey and the skard's uniform, before she sights and crosses her arms, looking at the captain. “ and you decided to wear it? at work? ”
Gento laughs, awkwardly, as he scratches his head and not looking into anyone's eyes. “ well- uh- i still have my outfit in the locker ”
“ If you don't wear your uniform any second now, gento-taichou, the old chief will scold the living lights out of you ” emi smugly warned, supported by a nod from the vice captain. gento sheepishly smiles, and nods; “ wilco.. ”
“ Wh-why did you even decided to wore it, taichou?? ” yasunobu asked, leaning against his own locker as gento changes to his skard's uniform, “ hey? was it hurtful to try out something new? ”
“ No- it's just- you looked like you're a fanboy of blazar ”
