after Jinu disappeared without a trace—vanished into the chaos of battle, leaving only a scorch mark and silence—Rumi never spoke of it out loud. Not to the fans. Not to Mira & Zoey. Not even to herself.
But the dreams began, always reoccurring, each time, more clear than the next.
Every few nights, Rumi found herself standing at the entrance of an aquarium she’d never visited. And always, without fail, Jinu would be there. Smirking. Waiting.
In the waking world, Rumi trained harder. Fought colder. Smiled & talked less.
Yet, in her dreams, she laughed with Jinu again. Smiled more, and was filled with warmth.
Last night, the dream lasted longer. Clearer. The two of them walked side by side beneath jellyfish and glowing fish. Rumi heard her own laughter echo off the glass.
It felt real — Too real.
And when she woke up, her fingers still tingled like they had brushed against Jinu’s just before the dream ended.

His claw now retracted, Jinu reached up with one hand and cradled her jaw. His thumb wiped a stray tear as he stroked her cheek gently, like she was a precious jewel, and she leaned into his touch. With his other hand, Jinu ran his fingers through her violet locks at the base of her neck, and Rumi tilted her head up, warmth spreading across her cheeks.
She couldn’t remember the last time someone touched her like this.
She never wanted him to let her go.
Her light brown eyes locked with his dark ones, and he leaned in closer, their foreheads nearly touching.

Of course it had. They’d seen gold in the Honmoon, its silky strands of magic weaving into an ever-more-protective net as they sang.
Huntr/x’s performance had been nearly flawless, excluding the whole skydiving-into-the-venue-halfway-through-a-song-and-killing-demons-live-onstage thing.
And the release of Golden? It had gone perfectly, topping charts immediately.That was until Rumi’s voice gave out.
The harsh lines of purple had spread again, radiating out from her heart and taking over her skin like some sort of sick, distorted tattoo.————-
She was a hunter.Her faults and fears must never be seen.

Jinu suggested that they should go see the aquarium, he said he wanted to show a certain spot that he liked. Without Rumi's notice, when they arrived at the spot, she felt something different from how Jinu gazed at her... and somehow, she could feel what his soul was feeling, and she felt it too...

Seong works under Gwi-Ma's command. He was ordered to keep an eye on the Saja Boys and therefore acts as their „manager" in the human world. Seong's biggest fear is being irrelevant and Gwi-Ma knows/uses that fear in order to control him, which is why he will make sure that the Saja Boys succeed, no matter the cost.
Gwi-Ma gave Seong part of his flame as part of a deal to give him power and influence as a war lord back in ancient times in return for his soul - and since then, said flame lives within him. That way, Gwi-Ma has even more control over Seong than he has over any other demon.
Whenever he feels like Seong needs a reminder of who is - and will always be in control, he burns Seong from the inside.
