Draco only attends the ball out of gratitude for the invite after he and his mother have spent his entire life cast out of society, he doesn't expect to catch the prince's or a handsome lord's eyes and only really wants to find a suitable husband so his mother wont have to worry about him.
Ron only goes out of obligation to his sister. His mother is more focused on wedding her off to the prince than she is with him so he finds it easy to slip away when a blonde rushes for the exit. He wasn't planning on also leading the prince after him and away from his sister.
Family drama ensues, Kidnapping occurs, and the royal family is faced with three idiots who don't understand that communication is key in courtships.Series

At the Battle of the Department of Mysteries, Harry pushes Sirius out of the way of Bellatrix’s spell. Sirius is saved, but Harry gets knocked into the Veil of Death. Except, the Veil works by taking someone’s soul, and Harry technically had two souls in him. So the Veil spit him back out. But time flows weirdly in the Veil, and he gets tossed out 20 years after he gets knocked in.
