Summary
The Justice League was finally sending people to Amity Park to investigate and help Danny take down the GIW. The only problem? Batman, the world's greatest detective, and some other guy called Red Robin were the ones investigating. Danny didn't know if he could trust them with his identity yet, but they wouldn't be easy to fool.
He did have a plan that might work...but where could he find someone who looked exactly like him to make the vigilantes think that Danny and Phantom were two separate people?

Danny doesn't understand why Signal and Tim's brother both seem to hate him. Hopefully, someone will be able to shed some light on the situation.
Signal was a vigilante who worked with the Justice League! Shouldn’t he know better than to make a comment like that? He made a mental note to ask Red Robin to include that in the explanatory ghost slideshow, right beside the rule of not asking ghosts how they died. Danny was usually a chill guy, but he couldn’t just let this slide. This guy had to learn that ghost racism was not okay!

“It hurt for me too,” Billy muttered, so quietly that Danny probably wouldn’t have heard it without his enhanced hearing. That was kind of a dumb thing to say. Of course it hurt. It was electrocution. Thinking too much about that day made Billy's body ache. He could feel the spark of phantom pains that once lit his arm on fire. His mouth felt dry. “It doesn't anymore, though. Not really.”
For the first time, Billy tells someone how he got his powers. It wasn't as painless of a process as he'd have liked.

Summary
Billy was scared of many things. Captain Marvel wasn’t supposed to be. But this creature, whatever it was, made his instincts scream at him to run away. It made him want to claw and crawl away on the ground if that’s what it meant he had to do to escape the gaze of the monstrosity before him. Even the courage of Achilles hesitated to face this thing.
Or, Danny is annoyed when he wakes up in another summoning circle stuck in his eldritch form, unable to speak English. Good thing Billy can understand any language with the power of Shazam, including ghost speak.
Meanwhile, Batman is going insane trying to figure out how his children know the King of the Infinite Realms.
