Tenna’s first reaction upon seeing Spamton again, which was to spray him with foam, should’ve been an early warning sign of how their relationship would go in Castle Town. In simple words: not good.
With Tenna forced to come to terms with his loss of power and Spamton eager to take advantage—adding on years of separation, misunderstandings, and pent up anger—it wasn’t a surprise that things turned out this way.

Amy and Sonic developed a plan (one that was only minorly influenced by the self-help book she kicked under her bed when Sonic walked in behind her.)
Step one: Shower.
Step two: Try to spend the day in a way that would make them both happy.
Step three: Kick Sonic the hell out of her house tomorrow and on his way to Team Dark’s apartment, and pray he’s finally grown the emotional spine he needs to talk things out with Shadow. While meanwhile, Amy tries to gets some much needed alone time after spending nearly two weeks emotionally babysitting the blue bastard that she’s still struggling to get over.Just as Amy stood up from her chair, with a renewed sense of determination and a bright smile that just screamed ‘Amy’ in a way that made Sonic slow down a bit to smile back encouragingly at evidence of his friend healing, the universe decided now was not Amy’s time.
OR Amy Rose may suck ass at dealing with emotions, but holy Gaia she sure is better than whatever the heck she's Sonic and Shadow are doing. Which naturally means somehow her home gets invaded and converted into a heartbroken hedgehog rehabilitation center (with freshly baked cookies!)
