Hawk liked to think he had everything under control. He told himself he had everything. under. control. His life was arguably the best it had ever been, he had relationships he never thought he would have, he was a person that himself two years ago wouldn’t even recognise. He woke up every morning thankful and he fell asleep excited for the next day.

Summary
Suck with plaguing thoughts of his past, and unable to disconnect from his own mind, Hawk struggles to find his footing and to figure out who he wants to be. Miguel saves the day like always, and Eli finds himself plagued with different kind of thoughts, one’s that make him think all he wanted from the start was to prove he was someone worth something. Maybe he wanted to show that to Miguel more than others, but that didn’t mean anything.
