The Roz unit was contained but Vontra was not satisfied with the lenient manner in which Universal Dynamics allowed her to serve. Somewhere, there was a Roz unit within the facility who was defective and needed to be purged indefinitely.
Vontra can't act without her superiors noticing, but perhaps with the aid of another bot, she can draw the defective Roz out of hiding and get rid of her for good.

Summary
Several weeks after the incident with Crimson, Moxxie is happy to be back in his normal routine. His marriage is going well, work doesn't suck too much, and he and Millie even have a new car thanks to a few well-paying jobs. But one night, after Blitzo makes him stay late to finish up some extra paperwork, he encounters an inebriated Loona in a vulnerable state. For once, he decides to set aside his animosity towards her and help her; little does he know that this one act of kindness will lead to his life and everything he thought he felt about his rude coworker being upended.
As their relationship evolves, Moxxie and Loona explore their changing feelings towards each other, confronting their insecurities and problems together. However, the consequences of their actions change their lives and those of the people they care most about forever, for better and for worse.
