He ran his thumb over her bottom lip, relishing in its softness, then said, “My beautiful Daenys. We both know that isn’t true. Confused and disoriented, she has no memory of how she got there and no idea what that place even is, until she is met with the hauntingly familiar face of Éomer of Rohan. Lydia grapples with being stuck in someone else’s life, bound by a future she didn't choose, all the while being forced to navigate a world that couldn’t be more different from her own.
Her growing attraction to the fiercely protective and keen-eyed Horse-lord, tasked to take her on the long journey to Edoras to marry his cousin, only makes things more complicated, of course.Rated E for detailed but tasteful smut chapters in the later portion of the story.
Graphic depictions of violence only concerns one very short dream sequence in chapter 24, and MCD is about Théodred as per the canon.
