Summary
Following the Opera Populaire disaster, Erik leaves the world of music behind, disgraced and unwilling to move forward--until he receives an offer that tempts him to return to his first love.
Christine, uprooted from her life in the Opera House, chose to start over with her childhood sweetheart. With Erik gone, she must forget the past. Until Raoul is commanded by his surly uncle to manage a new business endeavor in Paris, which leads her back where she started.
Raoul wants nothing more than to marry the love of his life and start over, but a demand from his elderly uncle sends him back to Paris...and into a familiar scenario and an unlikely partnership that may or may not be what it seems.
Meg wants to prove she's more than Madame Giry's daughter and seeks an alliance from an unlikely source who wants the world to believe he is dead.
Chance encounters, past mistakes, and unlikely partnerships bring old friends together while also resurrecting bitter rivalries.
NOTE: this may not end up with E/C. I'm going with the overall flow of the story, not a concrete plot.

UPDATED SUMMARY:
On the eve of her wedding to William, tragedy strikes Elizabeth, leaving her fighting for her life. The creature appears, and while assisting Victor to save Elizabeth's life, becomes her sole caretaker. Following the appearance of a messenger from Stirling, Victor goes in search of his younger brother, whose fate is unknown.
Alone with the Creature, Elizabeth faces the aftermath of her injuries, struggles with her fiance's disappearance, and finds comfort in the attentive presence of a man others perceive as a monster.
Victor Frankenstein was designed by his father for one purpose: to be a surgeon. The means to achieve greatness were brutal and relentless, and the cruelty bestowed upon Victor are passed down to his biggest failure: the creature he thought he had culled.
Once his monster resurfaces, Victor realizes the depths of his own mistakes and just how much his past still controls his future.

Summary
This is an an Erik/Other Original Character series
A First person narrative following Erik Kire, as told from Erik's POV as well as other stories as told by his brother Phelan (The Phantom's Brother).
Currently five stories are complete and making their way onto this platform.
I have started out with two different takes on the story:
COMPLETE: The Phantom's Brother, set in April of 1880, at the time of the Opera Populaire disaster, as told from Erik's brother's POV in his desperate search to locate his younger brother.
Into the Darkness, set in October of 1861, the day Erik (age 12/13) escapes the gypsies and his evolution into the famed Opera Ghost.

Newly uploaded: A Heart that Waits, set in March/April 1889 during the Paris World's Fair when Christine returns to perform on opening day.
Silence and Solitude: Multiple time lines weave the story of what happened before the infamous opera disaster and Erik attempting to survive the aftermath of his decisions.
