After holding it for much too long, Akutagawa wounds up with a bladder infection and not wanting to disappoint Chuuya since he believes that he promised him he wouldn’t let something like that happen he does his best to hide it from him. And avoids regressing to better keep that secret.
Of course, there’s only so long he can hide it before the guilt gets the best of him.

Akutagawa’s favourite plushie Rashomon has gotten quite dirty from him dragging her with him practically everywhere while little and could definitely use a good wash. Noticing that, Atsushi goes ahead and gets the laundry ready to wash the stuffed animal. Assuming that Akutagawa wouldn’t mind.
Akutagawa catches him before he can throw her in the wash, and it turns out that he does very much mind.

Summary
After weeks apart, Atsushi and Akutagawa are finally able to spend a morning together. Knowing his partner hadn’t regressed in a few week, Atsushi gently tries to convince him to drop into littlespace for awhile. Feeling particularly grumpy that morning, Akutagawa does not take that suggestion well.
This leads to arguing and a tantrum, and Atsushi decides to leave him alone for a bit before trying to broach the subject again. This decision will have worse consequences than he could’ve imagined.
