Summary
Decisions made by Callie, Sterling, Shane, and those around them continue to reverberate throughout Callie's second year in the valley. Some changes they hoped for; others, they dread. The rest they could not have foreseen.
After all, something—or someone—is playing with the very fabric of reality.
Transitions is the first fic of Changes, the sequel series to Choices, and interweaves characters, lore, and storylines from the original game and a multitude of mods including but not limited to East Scarp, Ridgeside Village, and Stardew Valley Expanded. However, though the prologue overlaps with the epilogue for Choices: Winter, Choices is NOT required reading for Changes. Any necessary backstory/lore should be addressed within the text itself. (Though the tale is undoubtedly richer if you’ve read Choices, I didn't want to require 600k+ words of prior reading for newcomers.)
Expect romance, but also angst, comfort, camaraderie, fluff, fantasy, adventure, humor, and yes, smut.

Summary
The cast of Second Chances gives a series of radio/podcast interviews to promote their latest upcoming fic. I consider them quite silly and self-indulgent, but I wanted them gathered in a place where I could easily find/reference them. Contains very minor spoilers for both Choices and Changes, similar to what you'd get from any interview with actors promoting their upcoming show.
Contains five interviews conducted by Farmer Callie (with a special guest host on the final day). Each interview is roughly 1k words in length.

Hearing his old friend trail off, Shane glanced over to see him pull something out of his pocket. “Huh,” muttered Sterling, confusion plain.
Still rubbing his throat, Sebastian sent Shane a questioning look. Not wanting Sterling to attempt murdering the kid twice in one day, Shane asked, “What have you got?”
“Something I sure as shit don’t remember having before the fight,” said Sterling, holding his palm out.

“Don’t look like such a Grinch, Seb,” Sam cajoled as they took their seats on Pam’s bus. The sleigh bells on his hat rang with every bob of his head, as bright and golden as the man who wore them. “We’ve done this for a good bit now, and you have to admit, it’s not so bad,” he added brightly.
Staring down at the elfin shoes curling above his toes, listening to the jangling of his own, admittedly quieter, silver bells, Sebastian refused to deign that with an answer.
Sam cooks up a scheme for he and his friends to make money during the holiday season. Sebastian can't decide if he feels grateful or horrified that said scheme includes Haley.

Summary
The sequel series to my first series, Choices.
Changes covers Callie Solanen's second year in the valley. Having completed her pact with the Junimos, she now must step into her role as the Solanen of the Valley. Politics, rips in reality, and a war drawing ever closer to the valley's borders present untold challenges. As much as she may want to take all these burdens onto her own shoulders, however, Sterling, Shane, and the rest of the family she's made refuses to let her do so alone.
Unfortunately, even when choosing to change for the better, tendrils of the past can rattle your foundations.

Summary
The tale of the Solanen of the Valley.
Originally envisioned as three stories: Choices, Changes, and Consequences. Choices, was updated over the course of 2024. I'm currently on the downhill slide for first fic of Changes with a hope of posting it in the latter half of 2026, but I make no promises in that regard. I won't start posting it until the fic is complete, because I'm addicted to foreshadowing and want to be able to make changes as I go.

Summary
What if Callie had started out in just a one-room shack? What if she showed up ignorant of all that is magical in Stardew Valley? What if Shane and Sterling were 'drinking buddies with benefits'? What if Jeric had truly pursued Callie, or Callie had chased after Sophia?
These were all things that were true for the story of Second Chances at one point or another, but got cut out as the tale changed and evolved. But those scenes still exist. And so, I'm sharing them here.

Summary
This is the story of Callie Solanen, Sterling Cooper, and Shane Wallace, and all of the choices, large and small, they make during Callie's first year in Stardew Valley. It's also the story of the choices others make around them, and how all of them influence one another.
It's a story about family: the ones they've lost, and the ones they've made. It's also a story about pain, about failure, and about what people choose to do afterwards.
Most of all, it's a story about love in its myriad forms.
And also a bit of magic.
