Summary

Star put her hands up in a pleading motion, "Please, please, please, please, pleeeaaase, Marco! I know the Blood Moon won't approve if you take my place!"
"What makes you think that it would approve of you and Tom in the first place?"
Star scoffed and crossed her arms, "Everyone wants this marriage to come through. I'm preeetty sure the Blood Moon will too."
In which royal Underworld marriages MUST be approved by the Blood Moon in order to be valid, and Star manages to convince Marco to take her place during the marriage ceremony between her and Tom Lucitor. Once the moon fails to glow for the two people standing at the altar, Star is in the clear to marry whoever she wants. There's NO WAY the moon would approve a marriage between the prince of the Underworld and some rando from Earth.

Basically just a self indulgent Marco/Tom, Marco turns into a demon, fic.
Marco Diaz, an individual that some might call sassy, has the greeeat pleasure of being the princess of Mewni's handmaiden (why did he agree to that again? (because they're each other's best friends and he cares for her)) and accompanying her to the Blood Moon Ball. All goes well until the Blood Moon chooses him and Tom.
Fast forward a couple days and Marco wasn’t doing well. There's been some... side effects like redder skin, mood swings, and darker nails. But that has to be just side effects from visiting the underworld. Right?Definitely not the Blood Moon Bond! That was over as soon as they danced... Right? I'd be so silly if he was turning into a demon. Right???
