Summary
Silverstreak's emotional instability is a threat to humans and Cybertronians alike. To try and protect the humans from him, Optimus gives him more responsibility with the hope that it will help him grow up, but Silverstreak's temper is even worse than it used to be, and he sees no reason to listen. After a disastrous meeting with Optimus, Silverstreak is whisked away back to Cybertron, where he receives more responsibility than even Optimus gave him. Silverstreak has no choice but to say yes. After all, you can't say no when Primus chooses you.
