There has also been word out of a new gang that calls themselves the Rippers. They work in the shadows, murdering the wealthy and leaving behind a gruesome mess. It's unsure whether they'll be coming for the Duke on the festival, but many believe it will certainly be one of the most dangerous festivals, if not exciting. -
