This will be a collection of ficlets, each one centered on a single episode of Season 7, mostly canon compliant, sometimes filling in missing scenes or what happens after the episode fades out.Seasons 1 - 6 are already uploaded so if you want more insight to the story, go check it out first, because I try to keep some continuus.
I honestly don’t know where this will go, so bear with me.

I’ve always felt like most of us really only liked Arcadia because Mulder and Scully got to play ‘house’, but I think there’s a great story in there. So here’s my take. Think of it as a canon-adjacent retelling. I’ve pulled in a little from an early version of the script, particularly the characterisation of the Shroeders, but I wanted to dig into the idea of the HOA being a cult and give Mulder and Scully something to really investigate.
It’s a bit of a case fic but with lots of domestic MSR moments because I was a shipper long before I was a storyteller.
This is a work in progress, but I plan to upload new chapters every few days.

Her investigation into what makes for a good working partnership in the criminal field puts her in the hands of Stella Gibson; freshly returned to field work and investigating a string of femicide throughout London.
Together they begin piecing together a complex series of murders...and maybe a whole lot more.
