Everything was looking up! Or it was, until the two arrived to find twelve other fresh arrivals in town--each stranger than the last. One of these other people, unfortunately, just so happened to be Shelby, whose health he monitored after a near-death experience with vampire hunters who had access to supplies they definitely weren't allowed to have. The ensuing bond that forms is both unexpected and unfamiliar for the two of them.

Scott has spent the last 600 years asleep and is ready to take over Oakhurst again (maybe expand a little, he isn't sure), so of course an agent of that organisation that tried to get rid of him multiple times is also in Oakhurst.
Abolish never wanted to come to Oakhurst, he wanted something bigger than a simple recon mission as his first, so what he stopped for a night in another town to stay with a cute guy, so imagine his shock when he finds the tomb of Scott Goldsmith open and empty.
Can these two put apart their differences to find a way out of Oakhurst, can Scott learn to let people into his heart again and can Abolish learn to let some of the real him out?
