Summary
Alastor had made a deal with the Devil.
Not for his soul. Never that.For power, forbidden archives, relics older than Hell itself — all in exchange for one simple arrangement: no strings attached, no expectations, no more than three times a week.
Lucifer was lonely enough to accept.
Alastor was arrogant enough to think he understood the terms.
But desire is rarely clean, loneliness is never harmless, and some contracts come with fine print neither party remembers signing.
