Summary
Trading his life so a child could live, the fifteenth doctor chooses to regenerate in order to meddle with the strings of fate and allow that child to live. Ready to once again step into the unknown as someone else, the energy blazes away into the the astrological ocean around him. However he wakes up on a familiar cliff in familiar clothes, he is himself yes however he seems to have regenerated from the thirteenth incarnation.
At first he thinks the adventures he had before a dream to protect his mind during regeneration, it is only after that events continue to happen the way they were before that he understands something is very wrong.

If the Doctor knew, the girl in that hospital who ran off even when he said not to would become the love of his life, he would make sure that in every timeline, that was how they met.
