Summary
A rewrite of witch’s quickening where sorcerers actually use magic at their disposal, Morgana is not irrationally transformed into a cheap villain, Merlin gets his bamf moments as well as lots of blundering (as do the others) and the self-proclaimed messiahs do they best to fight the fight. There will be also spying birds, sentient forests and druids, because they are invested in the whole matter and want Merlin to succeed. And Arthur will start his journey into existential crisis but also prove his worth as a knight, even if he is being babysitted by bunch of people. And as always, actions have consequences.
The story is divided into two parts - the first ends with the episode with some changes, the second is (at least slightly) logical conclusion of what has happened. And then some extras.
