After visiting Polokus, Rayman impulsively jumps into an ancient painting from the French court of King Louis XVI, ignoring the old sage’s warnings. Suddenly trapped in pre-Revolutionary France, he finds himself unable to return to the Glade of Dreams.
His strange, limbless appearance causes both fascination and fear among humans. After a violent misunderstanding with a cruel nobleman, Rayman is thrown into prison. However, rumors of the “limbless being” reach Versailles, and King Louis XVI himself demands to see him.
Forced to serve as the royal jester in exchange for his freedom, Rayman quickly discovers that the glittering court hides cruelty and decadence. He begins to despise this gilded world built on blood.Everything changes when he meets a mysterious, almost divine presence within the painting — someone pure who awakens feelings he never expected. But this living portrait is doomed: the world inside the canvas is fated to collapse in chaos, fire, and revolution.
To save the one he loves and escape back home, Rayman must defy history itself… and rewrite a destiny written in blood.

As it turns out, that large serum was an aphrodisiac. Meant to distract fighters by leaving them aroused and stuck, mostly alone to handle it. Sarah isn’t going to let her fight this on her own, not after what she’s heard.
