Summary
When an army cadet from a prestigious military academy is unexpectedly selected to take part in a foreign exchange program, he did not expect to be placed at U.A. High School with Class 1-A, the top hero class in all of Japan. What could go wrong when a Quirkless cadet gets thrown into a class literally filled with future pro heroes with powerful Quirks?
“Everything can go wrong.” he told himself.
Like many other cadets in the Pan-Pacific Republic military, he was trained under the harshest conditions as the first and last line of defense should a war break out between the Quirk and Quirkless societies. Even with carrying the tragic memory of the death of his closest comrade, he is forced to work, study, and train alongside Class 1-A to prove that the military and pro heroes can still cooperate in this era of Quirks and Pro Heroes.
It’s hard to wonder how both this future Pan-Pacific Republic soldier, as well as Class 1-A, will reconcile with their own beliefs and skepticism, seeing that this new foreign exchange student has neither a Quirk nor any intentions on being a pro hero at all.
Only time can tell what will happen when the heroes of two societies come face to face for the first time.

Summary
The first surprise attack took place in Musutafu, Japan.
Hero agencies across Japan were simultaneously bombed in an act of terrorism before the hero schools were targeted. By the time the combined forces of Japan’s top pro heroes and the Pan-Pacific Republic military intervened, it was already too late.
Days later, the same unknown enemy attacked several cities within the eastern Eurasia region. Everyone began to realize that this was not going to stop: these attacks will continue until the entire Pan-Pacific Republic is brought to their knees.
In the wake of the failed attack on Vladivostok, Russian Army scientists and engineers were able to determine that the entire drone attacks were all being ordered from one location:
Deika City, Aichi Prefecture, Japan.
The Pan-Pacific Republic soon formulated Operation Jionōshisu: a pre-emptive retaliatory decapitation strike aimed at eliminating whoever are behind these attacks once and for all.
No one – from the pro heroes and hero students on the ground in Jaku City to the Pan-Pacific Army units en route to Deika City – knew how the battle will play out.
Little did they know that this one battle will change their entire lives forever.

One year after the Pan-Pacific Republic triumphed over the Paranormal Liberation Front, the world prepares to embrace a future free of villainy. With All For One's dark plans gone for good, the forces of villainy appear to be finally defeated.
But in the shadows of this peace, a new and dangerous threat emerges: the Western European Federation.
This powerful faction has rapidly remilitarized, driven by a hatred of Quirks, which they call a "plague" and "unnatural disease." Summary
War! The reunified Pan-Pacific Republic declares war on the Holy European Empire, which vows to continue their mission to completely eradicate the Quirk society for good. As the fires of the Third World War escalates out of control, alliances are put to the test, armies put on high alert, and heroes on both sides prepare for the most devastating conflict in modern history.
Among those called to the frontlines is Hero Batch 99, led by Raleigh Morrison and Izuku Midoriya. Still scarred by the destruction of Musutafu and the death of All Might, the young heroes vow to bring those responsible to justice. Their enemies—the ruthless Knights of Stain—have already shown the world how far they are willing to go in their genocidal quest.
But Hero Batch 99 will not fight alone. Hundreds of pro heroes and their allies from across the alliance assemble in Nusantara for a transpacific summit that will shape the strategy of the coming global war.
