    Sherlock Holmes is apparently difficult to clone.

    Aevum Technologies, the company responsible for the procedure, failed to produce an accurate copy. So it decided to send four imperfect versions of Sherlock to Baker Street instead.

    The first is four foot three.
    The second is socially unusable.
    The third is a woman.
    The fourth is a catastrophe.

    And John Watson, who now has five Sherlock Holmeses in his sitting room, realises he still prefers the original.
