"Are you sure?" the bearded guy says, looking down at the box, where Shane is still stroking the kitten's head.
"Yes?" Shane says, frowning as the kitten rubs its small, bewhiskered cheek against his finger.
Shane rescues a stray kitten; Ilya not so slowly loses his mind.
