For many decades, tobacco was considered harmful in most regions of the world, but an interconnected group of casinos and its strange owner partially changed that notion in a month.
Countries of third and second world, where corruption was still quite common among the lower ranks of government, were the easiest to convince. Such was the case with Macau, where one day, amidst the chaos caused by sudden rise of lust a group of women in camouflage costumes entered Government Headquarters and seduced near everyone with their gigantic breasts and asses.

Soon enough, even America fell to this rapid change. Nevada was always very lax with its rules on gambling, and so at first no one noticed yet another casino appearing out of nowhere… Then, police started getting calls about harmful substances inside, but in spite of regular raids, nothing came out of it. Even FBI personnel came back unbothered by indoors smoking, eager to return for new sex sessions.
