It’s finally lunchtime…students fill the hallway and laughter along with chatter fill the hallway…well, thats what you would expect on a NORMAL day!
However today was not normal, it was over 30°!! Everyone is sweating has brought in ice packs while teachers are hanging out water bottles and icy poles. However, our class.
Class 1-A was completely skipped over and didnt get any!…Aoi and Akane decided to go look for the teacher who were handing them out to get some for there classmates, leaving me to overheated!
The worse part is, is that we had just had p.e…its so hot that all i can do is lay my head against the slightly cold wooden table…
groaning from heat as my head pounds from the lack of dehydration…it felt like the whole classroom was spin.
‘I shouldve gone with Aoi and Akane to get an ice pack..I think I might actually pass out…’
Everything was so warm…i didnt even realise that my eyes started to feel heavy and that i closed them until i heard a familiar voice from infront of me…
“Are you still alive?” As the boy says that, i suddenly feel a cold can softly lay on her head.
I fluttered my eyes open as i lift my head up to look up at my saviour…my vision still blending but the boy puts the cold can on my cheek, so refreshing…
He says “here, before you get heatstroke” As my vision starts to go back into focus, I recognise the boy who saved me!
“Lemon..?”
Lemon puts the can in front of me, grabbing akane’s chair that is in front of my desk and turning it around to face her. Sitting with me as he pops open his cold can of fizzy soda.
Lemon is also Sweating, i mean…who wouldnt when its THIS hot and you still gotta do PE??
But of course…even in 30°, i still decide to wear my moon eclipse tights…god i was just asking to be a melting daikon…
I looks up at lemon then the can that he placed infront of me…I gratefully takes it, mumbling a thank you.
Lemon drinks from his can, looking over at nene as he hears her say thank you.
“Don’t mention it” he says as she opens the can, drinking from the can. Feeling refreshed, she sighs. Feeling so much better, the icy freshness…
“thank you so much~”
