The quirkless are on average stronger faster and more agile then most
Izuku is biologically quirkless even though he has a quirk now and his training (and biology) shows it
Or i feel like the quirkless should be closer to us and our ancestors because if quirks= speed up evolving than no quirk should= evolutionary regression
